1. Who these terms are between

These terms govern your use of findmymood.com (the "Site"), operated by SOPOONG LTD ("we", "us", "our"), a company registered in the United Kingdom. By using the Site, you agree to these terms.

2. Using the site

You're welcome to browse, read, and share content from the Site for personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to misuse the Site — including attempting to access it in an unauthorised way, disrupting its operation, or using any content in a way that isn't permitted under Section 3.

3. Content and intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, the text, photography, and design on this Site belong to SOPOONG LTD or are used with permission. You may quote or link to our content with credit, but may not reproduce Journal articles, Our Thinking essays, or brand story pages in full without asking us first.

Brand names, logos, and product images belonging to the brands we work with (such as Renoderm) remain the property of those brands.

4. Enquiries and applications

If you submit an enquiry — as a brand, a trade partner, or otherwise — you're giving us permission to use the information you provide to respond to you and evaluate your enquiry. Submitting an enquiry doesn't create any obligation on either side until we've agreed something separately in writing.

5. Purchases

The Shop is not yet operational. Product sales, shipping, returns and payment terms will be published before the Shop launches.

6. No professional advice

Content on this Site — including the Journal and Our Thinking — reflects our own views and experience. It isn't medical, legal, or professional advice, and you should always check product usage guidance directly with the brand or a qualified professional where relevant.

7. Limitation of liability

We try to keep the Site accurate and available, but we don't guarantee it will be error-free or uninterrupted. To the extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continuing to use the Site after an update means you accept the revised terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be handled by the courts of England and Wales.
